What concentration does your hydrogen breathing device emit - 150ml/min or 300? I'm trying to work out how much more worth it buying 300 over 150 would be...

am typing this casually/not confident. the stand alone unit is far-far more powerful than the bottle versions for inhalation. to do molecular hydrogen inhalation for illness, you need the stand alone unit. for wellness, a bottle works more than good enough. I plan on doing some measurements over the weekend. my stand alone unit was $330usd from alibaba, $550usd+ on aliexpress. my $50 hydrogen bottle was nearly as good as my $200 bottle, to my surprise. but there are more things to factor in.

Slightly off topic but I just received my Teqoya Nomad/Road and it's a neat little thing, it has a clasp thing that you magnetically attach to the back where you can attach it to the fan in the car, but it's also great as a stand as you can manoeuvre it around so you can easily change the angle of where the device points on your bedside table or whatever surface you have it on.

As I'm typing this, I have it literally on my stomach about 12 inches from my nose and I can feel it working, but guess I'm slightly underwhelmed by its effects so far. I've been using it for roughly 3-4 hours a day for the past 4 days. And unfortunately because I toss and turn so damn much whilst I sleep I don't think its producing much effect during the night, as I've had no noticeable improvement in symptoms upon waking.

I wonder if I should just be more patient and just keep doing what I'm doing or...should I just take the hit, sell it and buy the japanese iontrading one? I think I need an ionizer on both my left and right side for sleep...

There is only one ionizer that works for the bed where you toss and turn, and it retails for over $2,000usd. But I have seen used models for $800usd. It's not that special but it just costs a lot. A body worn ionizer worn will do more for you while sleeping.

A hydrogen water bottle seems to emit 5-30mL/min versus hydrogen plugin machines at 150+mL/min. One Covid study used a 250mL/min hydrogen device. I think there are issues if you go 300+mL/min. Hydrogen is flammable, so I think at higher numbers, you have to be more careful.

The machine I use is 150mL/min. The actual amount is 157mL/min, so sometimes they advertise it at 160mL/min. If I could go back, I'm not sure if I would have gotten a better device. They're very expensive. The machine I have also does hydrogen/oxygen at the same time if wanted.

I'm sending the Airvida M1 and Teqoya Nomad back. Neither cut the mustard imo. M1 necklace is also too small for my neck so the ioniser brush is pointing under my chin, also the ionic wind is fairly non existent compared to the Aviche M5.

Presumably you can feel the effects from the 150ml/min, what would you say you feel? I mean I was thinking of eventually going for a 600ml/min as I found one for around 970 Inc delivery cost. These units are about 5.5kg so delivery is around 250, I've messaged the company who sold yours for delivery cost, as its only roughly 1.5kg, so I hope the del cost is much lower.
