Last Updated 12/13/2022. I will update this article by Saturday 12/17/2022 with photon & wavelength measurements of the 3 masks listed below. Two of which can be found on amazon. Wavelength Sample Uses: UVB/308-311nm: psoriasis Blue/450nm: bacteria, acne
I use a black version of C with silicone inserts that do a pretty good job of protecting my eyes or are removable. It has silicone over the diodes that's easy to clean. C has a lot of minor variations because it is made for several different vendors but the guts are the same. It's probably the best right now.
I have the black version too now, 4 LEDs, blue, yellow, red, and near infra red. I really like the infra red on it. It may be my preferred mask. Mask c advantage is that you can use all 3 wavelengths at the same time. My black version starting to make a slight hissing sound unfortunately but seems fine. It’s also the most comfortable to wear because of the strap. I use two cloths to clean it. One to wipe it down of gunk. The 2nd cloth as a lens cleaner.
I became mentally exhausted arguing with everyone all the time. I will respond to this comment whenever I get back on in the future. Right now, I'm focused on uploading a lot of content. Please let me know if you have any questions! I started to research the eyes and light therapy deeply recently to try and figure out if blue light really does lower melatonin levels.
mask c for sure. but really any mask of the same design. i've seen 3 masks of this design on amazon.
blue/green/red
blue/yellow/dual chip red & near red
blue/yellow/red/near red
I have the blue/green/red version but in hindsight, i would prefer to have infrared over green light. the mask is made by one company but labeled differently. so I would suggest seeking any flexible mask. the design/colors of the mask itself may look slightly different, but it's the same mask just different versions.

Understood. At least you’re still accessible here!
If you had one mask to choose, which one would it be? I’m trying to understand the specs. It seems Mask C is better due to the higher ranges specs?
