Light Therapy Improving Eyes Studies

Last Updated 1/24/2023. As a reminder, there are many kinds of light therapy diodes/bulbs. Not all light therapy lasers use the same type of diode. Some of which are extremely harmful for the eyes. For certain light therapy devices otherwise, it is wise to cover the eyes. This topic is INCREDIBLY in-depth. I feel like no one on earth ever took this serious, hence why I will make the attempt.
