I will write this article more in full when I feel like it. am lazy. have not finished the video and considering i am not reliable, figure it’s better to upload what i have now and then update it when i aint so lazy. of which i am.
At 100% battery, the inner 650nm diodes measured 3mW-6mW.
At 100% battery, the outer 650nm diodes measured 2mW-4mW.
At 50% battery, the inner 650nm diodes measured 3mW-5mW.
At 50% battery, the outer 650nm diodes measured 1.5mW-3mW.
At 100%, the 808nm diodes measured ∼50mW.
At 100% & 1cm distance, the 808nm diodes measured ∼30mW.
At 50%, the 808nm diodes measured ∼50mW.
At 50% & 1cm distance, the 808nm diodes measured ∼30mW.
The colors/wavelengths are accurate.
I really-really don’t care for the what the device measures. I used this device non stop for 2 years and counting now. It always works. Always. It’s never not worked at 50% battery or above. Below 50%, still works, just not as good.
The device has excellent heat dissipation, never gets too warm while wearing it. By default, it has a 15 minute timer. It charges via fake USB c. Many USB C products actually use the original usb standard for charging but in the USB C shape.
If you have body hair, shave. Hair blocks photons. In the video, I show an example of this. Also make sure to constantly wipe the device after every use. Skin cells/debris gets on the lens of the diodes. The 808nm diodes are slightly below the surface, thus slightly more annoying to clean.
I aint done the voice over yet cause I am a lazy man plus way too loud in my home right now. I will do the voice over tonight. I used two laser power meters. The 2nd laser power meter measures at 1cm away and generally isn’t the best for diodes below 5mW, though it does measure them. Just slowly.
Hey Nidal! Thank you for doing what you’re doing. I’ve had CFS for a long time now thanks to an old Epstein-Barr infection and recently received the Lastek 36 Diode device (bought on your recommendation, thanks!) and have started using it on myself. I have been feeling more energized since using it and feel encouraged.
I have tons of small questions (can I use the Lastek 36 for sinuses? Re: ionizers, would the Sharp NX-15 be enough in a room for both my wife and I while sleeping?) but really I have one major question. Despite my own health problems, I started investigating red light therapy because my father is sick with pancreatic cancer. I thought light would be a way to give him the energy to continue the fight alongside the chemo and decided to try it on myself before I suggested it to him. However, my limited research has worried me that despite the fact that LLLT heals the body, it could also can potentially strengthen the tumors. I had asked my father’s oncologist if there was any protocol for administering red light therapy but he replied that the procedure was “quackery.”
Of course, at this point, being dismissed by the medical establishment is a very familiar feeling. Hence I am turning to you. I know you can’t offer medical advice. However, I was wondering if with your background you might better be able to judge whether, perhaps, shining the lastek 36 diodes on his wrist to irradiate the blood (or some similar technique) might be at least beneficial enough to strengthen his immune system without affecting the tumors in his pancreas.
Anyway, let me know what you think. Regardless of whether you feel you can answer, I appreciate your posts and all the work you have been doing—finding someone who is actually trying to help people in dire straits rather than just make a buck seems to be increasingly rare.
Has anyone been able to find an official store to buy the product? The Lastek offical Amazon page is closed. I was able to find a website that seems offical (gungdun.net), but it is in Chinese. I don't know if I can trust the stores on Aliexpress or Ebay to have the original proudct. Or can I?
